- Currently, Hauschen Home only ships to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, excluding PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Orders must be placed by 12pm PST to start processing on the same day.
- Processing time usually takes up to 3 business days. Holiday processing times may vary. Please contact customer service for specific shipping information.
- Delivery times, depending on destination usually take anywhere from 3–5 business days within the continental United States.

To start a return, you need to contact us at the contact us page or directly email info@hauschenhome.us, with reasons to return and picture proof of the item. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Durable & Easy Care Material: We use a completely Eco-friendly polyester fabric, which has both waterproof and non-flammable characteristics. The unique 4-in-1 technique allows our fabric to become durable and anti-wrinkle without losing permeability. Also, the dust-free feature simplifies the cleaning process. Both dry and wet tissue is available to wipe the surface.
Motors & Smart Controls : We provide two kinds of motor ( smart motor and remote motor), both of them are able to control multiple shades by using one controller. The wireless signals allow customers to control shades anywhere in the house within 40 meters. Meanwhile, the smart motor can connect to smart devices, such as Alexa, Google Home, directly to realize voice control and timing functions.
Multiple Power Solutions: Two motors use different power ways. In order to obtain sustainable electricity to operate its strong functions, the smart motor needs to be plugged in. However, the remote motor can use Li-battery for power. (charging for 5-6 hrs, running 650 times) In addition, the remote motor can choose to equip a solar panel that allows customers to free their hands.
Manufacture & Shipping: Our motorized shades are made-to-order products and you can choose the customization options through the “customize now” button . To find more customization features, you can contact us after making an order through email. After you confirm the customization options, your products will be packed perfectly and dispatched within 2-3 days. The delivery time usually takes 5-7 days. All kits are included in the package and you can easily install them by yourself.
Outstanding Service: Hauschen Home offers the two-year after-sales service for free. If you meet any issues, please feel free to contact us. We will help you to solve it by sending a replacement or providing guidance. Warranty Year Extend Service is also available on Customize Page. In addition, if the product you received is broken due to any problems, please keep the photos and contacts us as soon as possible. We will send you a new one for free.
